The residential building is a high-rise of 21 floors with one parking building, equipped with complete facilities and common areas within the project. Inside the residential building, there are a lobby, mailbox, infinity edge pool, co-living area, outdoor fitness area, street basketball, pocket garden, fitness zone, co-living zone, co-working zone, passenger elevators, key card access, CCTV, and 24-hour security. The project has increased the size of the living room, which is now larger and located on the 7th floor, connecting to the swimming pool, and has added green spaces between buildings, creating small gardens.

The Lumpini Park Vibhavadi-Chatuchak project is located on Vibhavadi Road, Soi 3, Jompol Sub-district, Chatuchak District, and will officially launch on May 24, with bookings starting on June 9 at a starting price of 2.49 million baht, including air conditioning, water heater, and complete furniture.
